Prayer For Schools

This morning as our staff team gathered for morning prayer, it was obvious how much prayer our local schools need. From staffing and re-staffing, student behavioral issues due to lasting COVID effects and home life, administrative changes, funding changes, and local elections, there are so many issues facing our schools today.

This is unlike the other blog posts, but I felt it just as necessary. If you would today, or when you have the time, consider praying over these with us:

*We pray for discernment and direction in leadership.
*We pray for peace over students as many of them have lasting issues and unresolved tensions from COVID.
*We pray God's continued physical protection over the schools.
*We ask for God's guidance as parents seek school choice for their children and for assurance in their choices.
*We pray for an abundance of counseling services on campuses. 
*We pray protection over homeschooling groups, public charter schools, traditional public charter schools, private schools and colleges in our community.
*We pray over the upcoming elections and ask God's hand in favor in our county.

Friends, there are a lot of transitions happening at most of the schools and we'll likely see more, but we fully believe that God's in this and He has it all in the grip of His hands. He is able to work out all things and we trust in Him.
